Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Policy

This policy encompasses all forms of discrimination, including those based on age, disability, gender reassignment, marital status, pregnancy, maternity, race, religion, belief, sex, and sexual orientation as defined in the Equality Act 2010.

At Peptides.org, we acknowledge and respect the distinction between assigned birth sex and personal gender identity, thus extending our policy to cover discrimination related to gender identity.

At Peptides.org, we expect everyone within our organization and our extended community to uphold principles of fairness, dignity, and respect. We assure that anyone experiencing discrimination, harassment, or bullying can lodge a complaint without fear of victimization or retaliation..

All Peptides.org team members are charged with fostering an environment of EDI. The Director holds ultimate responsibility for the enforcement of this policy and spearheads its implementation in staff matters and collaborates with the Executive team for its application in Peptides.org’s content and operational activities.

Peptides.org team members must participate in EDI training relevant to their roles. New team members will undergo EDI training as part of their orientation.

Complaints Procedure

Peptides.org advocates for equal treatment, dignity, and respect among all team and community members. Those feeling discriminated against, harassed, or bullied can file a complaint, assured of protection from victimization or retaliation.
